Symatrix launches online capability for Service Centre clients

As part of Symatrix’ ongoing investment in their Service Centre, clients can now log and review progress of queries directly from the Symatrix website. “This facility gives Symatrix Service Centre clients live access to their queries, without the need to chase or await updates.
