• Process driven, but can see the reason for the process, not the process as an end in itself
• Warm and engaging personality but with an inner edge of steel to make things happen
• Comfortable leading from within a consultancy environment

“I have to say that I love working for Symatrix – it’s the best company I’ve ever worked for.
