
Our Approach
In a nutshell we use the best software and apply that to different aspects of a company’s information on their people.That could be re-written as we implement Oracle’s Human Resource Management Software (HRMS) throughout a company’s HR systems applying the appropriate policies and procedures to the database of all employee information, but that would be a mouthful when we’ve said the same thing in half the words already.
We like to get to know you, understand your direction, your style, and your approach – what you imagine your vision is of the future, both strategic and operational. Armed with that background we’ll talk to you about your ideas, challenge them (in the nicest possible way), and help you hone that into both a strategic and a tactical, yet workable, plan that gives you what you want – including complete and safe control of information.
Next it’s all about agreeing what can be delivered and when – and how much it will all cost. Then we get to work, making sure you know what we’re doing and why, without getting in the way, but always there if you want to know more.
What we don’t want to do is blind you with science, buzz words or gobbledegook - our focus on what you want is the key difference between Symatrix and others in the same field. We do have sophisticated methods that are tried and tested, but there is definitely no “one size fits all” solution to persuade a client that they need.
