Company Overview

Symatrix was founded in 1999 and is a privately held company, specialising in the implementation of Oracle’s Human Resources Management System (HRMS).

Since the founding of the company we have endeavoured to set high standards for the implementation of Oracle’s HRMS software. Naturally we have developed a strong partnership with Oracle and we have always set out to be HRMS specialists – we don’t do anything else deliberately.

We do what we do and our clients tell us we do it very well.

Symatrix is therefore a very focused company – we are small enough to care and big enough to deliver. We enjoy being so specialised as it means we have to really get inside what the Oracle HRMS software is designed for, how it does it and then be able to get the most out of it. All so often systems have so many features that are never used - for instance what proportion of the features on your mobile phone do you actually use? We’ll bet it’s a small percentage but then there will be some features that could be very useful to you that you didn’t know about – it’s the same with Oracle’s HRMS – once we know how you work we can help and guide you through what’s right for you and what is perhaps not so pertinent at the moment. So the experience Symatrix has means we know how to use Oracle HRMS in many different situations and we’re flexible enough to apply that learning to other situations too.

We are headquartered in the picturesque county of Surrey – but our team is located all over the UK.
