The Symatrix Team
Firstly we must point out that we are a team, not a loose grouping of individuals or independent contractors. (A successful team coach doesn’t choose players at random – they will choose those who are supportive and pull together.)To be part of our Symatrix team, people have to be special – and join full time having a genuine interest in being - and staying - the best in their field. They are also highly experienced in HR – they may well have worked for a company like yours as an HR, Payroll or Training Manager and therefore understand the business processes that the solution they are building will support as well as how to implement software. We all believe that if the team enjoy what they do, they will always give of their best for their client - all creating a virtuous circle.
Each member of the Symatrix team is highly trained and we want them to stay that way – that’s why they all do at least 20 days business and product training each year to ensure that they are up to date.
We thought you’d like to hear directly about some of people who make Symatrix ‘tick’:
