ISO27001

For those that don’t know ISO27001 is an information security standard, part of the ISO/IEC 27000 family of standards. It specifies a management system that is intended to bring information security under management control and gives specific requirements.

We recognise that data security is of paramount importance to you and it is to us too. That’s why we’re committed to making sure that security is at the forefront of everything we do. We’re ISO27001 accredited and this means our processes, procedures and IT systems are annually externally audited to ensure we your data is secure.

Keeping our people up to date on how to live and breath these procedures and training new members of the team has become a part of our ‘business as usual’.

As with our ISO accreditation, Cyber Essentials helps you to guard against the most common cyber threats and demonstrate your commitment to cyber security.

 

Bacs Accreditation

As a fully managed payroll outsourcer, we’re also Bacs approved which safeguards all of our payment services. Bacs inspectors hold us to account to ensure we continue to comply with their quality criteria. We provide secure, reliable and cost effective funds transfer services to give you peace of mind that your payments are protected.

 

Oracle Certifications

We’re really proud that Oracle has recognised us for Expertise in Oracle Payroll Service Track and HCM Cloud Sell Track. Meeting the Expertise requirements recognises Symatrix as having proficiency to implement Payroll and sell HCM Cloud.
